Firstly i woult like to tell u that i m working on a pic controlled winding machine that windes ceiling fan automatically...
So at present i m nt able get any code for that.. i need ur help

I've moved your question to a new topic so we can examine interesting real world uses for the stepper ramp code.

A motor winding machine is certainly an interesting real world task!

It seems to me that to effectively wind a motor, you need to put a desired number of turns of wire onto the winding. Assuming a stepper motor controls the turning of the winding, there will be a certain number of steps required to turn the winding once. Multiply this by the number of winding turns required to get the number of steps needed. The initial versions of the stepper ramp code worked in steps so a simple command would get the winding to turn as many times as desired.

The rest is just fiddling with the code. ;-)

Give me some more details and perhaps I can suggest some useful avenues to explore.
